穴位贴敷联合择时耳穴贴压在急性阑尾炎术后患者中应用研究

Application study of acupoint application and timing auricular point pressing in postoperative patients with acute appendicitis

目的探讨中医适宜技术穴位贴敷联合择时耳穴贴压对急性阑尾炎术后患者的影响。方法以随机数字表将九江市中医医院2021年4月至2023年3月收治的88例急性阑尾炎术后患者分为两组,各44例。对照组予以常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施中医适宜技术穴位贴敷联合择时耳穴贴压。比较胃肠功能恢复情况、胃肠激素水平、疼痛度、生活质量、安全性。结果研究组各项胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组胃动素(MTL)(229.61±13.04)pg/mL、胃泌素(GAS)(155.27±7.86)pg/mL均高于对照组(191.55±9.74)pg/mL、(139.57±6.77)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组各项生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12 h、24 h、48 h,研究组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分为(4.37±1.15)分、(3.04±1.07)分、(2.16±0.71)分,均低于对照组的(5.41±1.27)分、(4.06±1.13)分、(3.22±0.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预期间未出现明显不良反应。结论在急性阑尾炎术后患者中应用中医适宜技术穴位贴敷联合择时耳穴贴压的干预效果显著,可促进胃肠功能改善,缓解术后疼痛,提高生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application with appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine combined with timing auricular point pressing on patients after acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 88 postoperative patients with acute appendicitis treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to March 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table,with 44 cases each.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with acupoint application of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine combined with timing auricular point pressing.Gastrointestinal function recovery,gastrointestinal hormone levels,pain degrees,quality of life and safety were compared.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,motilin(MTL)(229.61±13.04)pg/mL and gastrin(GAS)(155.27±7.86)pg/mL in the study group were higher than those in the control group(191.55±9.74)pg/mL and(139.57±6.77)pg/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the indexes of GQOLI-74 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the study group were(4.37±1.15)points,(3.04±1.07)points and(2.16±0.71)points at 12,24 and 48 h after surgery,which were lower than those of the control group(5.41±1.27)points,(4.06±1.13)points and(3.22±0.94)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the intervention in both groups.Conclusion In postoperative patients with acute appendicitis,the acupoint application of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine combined with timing auricular point pressing has a significant intervention effect,which can promote the improvement of gastrointestinal function,relieve postoperative pain,improve quality of life,and have high safety.
