益生菌治疗老年骨质疏松患者的效果

Effect of probiotics on elderly patients with osteoporosis

目的探索益生菌治疗老年骨质疏松患者的效果,从而为益生菌临床干预骨质疏松提供数据支持。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月赣州市第三人民医院老年科收治的88例老年骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例)。对照组患者给予常规口服药物治疗(碳酸钙D3及阿法骨化醇),观察组患者在对照组基础上采用益生菌治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗6个月后的血清骨代谢标志物[血清钙(Ca)、维生素D(VD)、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(PINP),β-胶原降解产物(β-CTX)]、炎症指标[降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-6(IL-6)]、骨密度、疼痛程度、肌力等。结果治疗后观察组的Ca、VD、PINP、骨密度、肌力均高于对照组(P<0.05),PCT、IL-6、疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组的β-CTX比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益生菌治疗老年骨质疏松,可显著改善骨骼质量,缓解慢性疼痛,提高肌力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of probiotics on elderly patients with osteoporosis,so as to provide data support for clinical intervention of probiotics in osteoporosis.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to Department of Geriatric,the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional oral drug(calcium carbonate D3 and alfacalcitol),and the observation group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the control group.Serum bone metabolic markers,inflammatory indicators,bone density,pain degree and muscle strength were compared between the two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results After treatment,serum calcium(Ca),vitamin D(VD),procollagen I N-terminal propeptide(PINP),bone mineral density and muscle strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and pain degree were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance inβ-C-terminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen(β-CTX)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Probiotics in the treatment of senile osteoporosis can significantly improve bone quality,relieve chronic pain,and improve muscle strength,which is worthy of clinical application.
