中西医结合健康教育路径在糖尿病患者护理中的应用

Application of health education path of integrated Chinese and western medicine in nursing of diabetic patients

目的编制中西医结合健康教育路径表,并探讨其在住院糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年9月至11月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例),对照组按常规方法进行健康宣教,试验组用中西医结合健康教育路径的方法进行健康宣教,比较两组的血糖控制情况、相关知识掌握程度、自我效能、住院天数、住院费用及对护理服务的满意度。结果试验组的血糖控制水平、糖尿病相关知识问卷各项评分、自我效能总分以及护理服务质量满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的住院天数、费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合健康教育路径的实施,能够优化糖尿病患者健康教育效果,改善患者的血糖控制水平并提升相关知识掌握程度和自我效能、提高患者满意度。

Objective To compile the health education path table of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and explore the effect of its application in the nursing of hospitalized diabetic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Longhua Hospital Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September to November 2019 were selected as research objects and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine health education,and the experimental group was given health education path of integrated Chinese and western medicine.Blood glucose control,knowledge mastery,self-efficacy,hospitalization days,hospitalization costs and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose control level,the score of diabetes-related knowledge questionnaire,the total score of self-efficacy and the satisfaction of nursing service quality in experimental group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hospitalization days and expenses between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education path of integrated Chinese and western medicine can optimize the effect of health education for diabetes patients,improve the level of blood sugar control of patients,enhance the degree of knowledge mastery and self-efficacy,and improve patient satisfaction.
