腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎患者的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的探究腹腔镜手术应用于急性阑尾炎治疗中的效果。方法随机选取2020年8月—2023年11月聊城市人民医院收治的80例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,根据不同的手术方法将所有患者分为参照组(传统开腹手术治疗)和分析组(腹腔镜手术治疗),每组40例。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、围术期主要指标及并发症发生率。结果分析组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于参照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。两组手术持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分析组的术后下床时间、术后首次排气时间、住院时间短于参照组,术中出血量低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。分析组的并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性阑尾炎治疗中,腹腔镜手术治疗有效率更高,术后恢复速度更快,且并发症发生率更低。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery on the treatment in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from August 2020 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into reference group(traditional open surgery)and analysis group(laparoscopic surgery)by different surgical methods,with 40 cases in each group.The clinical treatment effect,perioperative main indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the analysis group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of getting out of bed after operation,the time of first exhaust after operation and the time of hospitalization in the analysis group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the amount of bleeding during operation was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the analysis group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute appendicitis,laparoscopic surgery is more effective,faster postoperative recovery,and lower incidence of complications.
