降氮煎剂联合肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病3~5期的疗效探究

Study on the Curative Effect of Jiangdan Decoction Combined with Shenkang Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3~5

目的探究临床治疗慢性肾脏病3~5期患者应用降氮煎剂联合肾康注射液的效果。方法便利选取2022年3月—2023年9月射阳县人民医院收治的82例慢性肾脏病患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组予以单独肾康注射液治疗,研究组予以降氮煎剂+肾康注射液治疗,比较两组的肾功能指标、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组血肌酐、尿素氮、肾小球滤过率水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为2.44%(1/41),低于对照组的26.83%(11/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.762,P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的78.05%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05)。结论降氮煎剂、肾康注射液联合应用对慢性肾脏病3~5期的患者有更好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Jiangdan decoction combined with Shenkang injection in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease at stage 3~5.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic kidney disease who were treated in Sheyang County People's Hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shenkang injection alone,and the study group was treated with Jiangdan decoction+Shenkang injection.The renal function indexes,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 26.83%(11/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.762,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 78.05%(32/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jiangdan Decoction and Shenkang Injection has a better therapeutic effect on patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3~5.
