加热式干眼雾化联合睑板腺按摩护理在脂质缺乏型干眼症患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨加热式干眼雾化治疗联合睑板腺按摩护理对睑板腺功能障碍致脂质缺乏型干眼症患者泪膜脂质层厚度的影响。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年1月收治的脂质缺乏型干眼症(睑板腺功能障碍导致)患者120例,按照随机数表法分为对照组58例和观察组62例。对照组给予加热式干眼雾化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予睑板腺按摩护理。观察两组患者的疾病改善情况、泪膜稳定性、睑板腺分泌功能、生活质量。结果:干预前,两组患者眼表疾病指数(OSDI)量表评分、膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪河宽度、泪膜脂质层厚度、睑板腺缺失率(MGP)、睑板腺开口数量(MGYLS)、睑板腺分泌物评分(MGYSS)、生活质量测定简表(QOL-BREF)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组患者OSDI评分较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者BUT,泪液分泌试验(SIT)和泪河宽度、泪膜脂质层厚度以及MGP,MGYLS,MGYSS,QOL-BREF评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对睑板腺功能障碍致脂质缺乏型干眼症患者采取加热式干眼雾化联合睑板腺按摩护理可有效改善患者临床症状,保证眼膜稳定性,提高睑板腺分泌功能及生活质量。 Objective:To study the effect of heated dry eye atomization treatment combined with meibomian gland massage on the lipid layer thickness in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods:All 120 patients with lipid-deficient dry eye syndrome(caused by meibomian gland dysfunction),who were treated from January 2021 to January 2023 month,were randomly divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=62).The control group was treated with heated dry eye atomization,and the observation group was given meibomian gland massage nursing on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The improvement of disease,tear film stability,meibomian gland secretion function and quality of life were observed.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the eye surface disease index(OSDI),membrane rupture time(BUT),schirmer I test(SIt),lacrimal river width,tear film lipid layer thickness,meibomian gland loss rate(MGP),meibomian gland opening number(MGYLS),meibomian gland secretion score(MGYSS),and quality of life brief table(QOL-BREF)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After intervention,the OSDI scores of the two groups of patients decreased compared to before intervention.And the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the BUT,Schirmer's test(SIT),tear stream width,tear film lipid layer thickness,MGP,MGYLS,MGYSS,and QOL-BREF scores of both groups of patients increased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heating dry eye atomization treatment combined with meibomian gland massage care can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lipid deficiency,ensure the stability of eye membrane,and improve the secretion function and quality of life.
