团体压力接种训练联合减压球疗法应用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者的效果

The effect of group pressure vaccination training combined with pressure ball therapy on diabetic retinopathy patients

目的:探讨团体压力接种训练联合减压球疗法应用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者的效果。方法:选择2021年11月-2023年6月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者90例,通过数字表格进行编号,采用简单随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,两组均接受穴位按摩和常规干预。对照组在此基础上接受团体压力接种训练,观察组在对照组基础上接受减压球疗法。两组均于入院时开始干预,均干预2周,比较两组干预前后焦虑抑郁情况、血糖水平、伤残接受度以及自我管理能力。结果:干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组伤残接受度各维度评分、自我管理能力各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:团体压力接种训练联合减压球疗法应用于糖尿病视网膜病变可显著改善患者心理状况,有助于血糖控制。

Objective:To investigate the effect of group pressure vaccination training combined with pressure ball therapy on patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to hospital from November 2021 to June 2023 were selected for this study,numbered by a digital table,and then divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group by simple random method.Both groups received acupressure massage and routine intervention,and the control group received group pressure vaccination training on this basis.The experimental group received pressure relief ball therapy on top of the control group.Both groups started the intervention at admission and intervention lasted for 2 weeks.Anxiety and depression,blood glucose level,disability acceptance and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)HbA1c in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of disability acceptance and the scores of all dimensions of self-management ability in both groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of group pressure vaccination training combined with pressure relief ball therapy in diabetic retinopathy can significantly improve the psychological status of patients and help to control blood sugar.
