国有企业混合所有制改革、创新优势提升与协同创新质量

摘要 国有企业协同创新质量的提高不仅对企业自身发展至关重要,还会对整个国家的经济繁荣和社会进步产生深远影响。国有企业混合所有制改革作为国企改革的重要方面,在国有企业协同创新质量提高中发挥着关键作用。基于沪深A股2008-2021年国有上市公司为研究对象,实证研究国企混改对协同创新质量的影响及其机制。研究发现,国企混改有助于提高企业协同创新质量;机制检验表明,国企混改可以提高企业的创新优势,体现在企业市场竞争优势提升和创新资源增加,从而提高了协同创新质量。进一步研究表明,在分析师关注度更高、股权集中度更高、规模更大和审计质量更高的企业中,国企混改对其协同创新质量的影响更加明显。以上研究发现为我国如何利用混改来提高国企协同创新质量提供了启示。 The improvement of the quality of collaborative innovation in state-owned enterprises is not only vital to the development of the enterprises themselves,but also has a profound impact on the economic prosperity and social progress of the whole country.As an important aspect of state-owned enterprise reform,the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises plays an important role in improving the quality of collaborative innovation of state-owned enterprises.Based on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2021 as the research object,this paper empirically studies the impact of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises on the quality of collaborative innovation of enterprises and its mechanism.The results show that the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises can improve the quality of collaborative innovation;The mechanism test shows that the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises can improve the innovation advantage of enterprises,which is reflected in the enhancement of market competitive advantage and the increase of innovation resources,so as to improve the quality of collaborative innovation of enterprises.Further research shows that in enterprises with higher analyst attention,higher ownership concentration,larger scale and higher audit quality,the impact of state-owned enterprise mixed reform on the quality of collaborative innovation is more obvious.This provides inspiration for how to use mixed reform to improve the quality of collaborative innovation in state-owned enterprises.
