摘要
采用粉煤灰作为主要原料,通过精心设计的在线实验,系统研究料浆、水泥、石灰和铝粉等原料的配比以及工艺参数对B05级加气混凝土砌块性能的综合影响。经过深入的数据分析和试验研究,确定最佳的原料配比方案,成功制备出绝干密度505kg/m^(3)、绝干强度3.6MPa性能优越的B05级加气混凝土砌块,为今后进一步提升砌块性能提供新的思路和方向。
In this paper,fly ash is used as the main raw material(83%),and the proportion of raw materials such as slurry,cement,lime and aluminum powder and the comprehensive influence of process parameters on the performance of B05 aerated block are systematically studied through carefully designed online experiments.Af-ter in-depth data analysis and experimental research,the best raw material ratio scheme is determined,and B05 grade aerated block with excellent absolute dry density of 505kg/m^(3) and absolute dry strength of 3.6MPa is successfully prepared,which also provided new ideas and directions for further improving the performance of the block in the future.
