“天人地三才”配穴针刺法治疗围绝经期失眠的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia with three talents ofheaven, man and earth points combination acupuncture

目的 探讨“天人地三才”配穴针刺法治疗围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年2月—2022年7月我院收治的120例围绝经期失眠患者并随机分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗和常规针刺治疗;研究组给予常规西医治疗和“天人地三才”配穴针刺法治疗。对比2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、睡眠质量、性激素指标水平。结果 治疗后,研究组的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的中医证候积分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的PSQI各维度及评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组的促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)下降,雌二醇(E_2)升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “天人地三才”配穴针刺法治疗围绝经期失眠疗效较好,可有效提升睡眠质量,缓解失眠症状,同时还可改善机体的血清性激素水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of three talents of heaven,man and earth points combination acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods 120 patients with perimenopausal insomnia admitted to Yulin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment and conventional acupuncture treatment,and the study group received conventional Western medicine treatment and three talents of heaven,man and earth points combination acupuncture.The clinical effi cacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,sleep quality and the levels of sex hormone indexes were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total eff ective rate of the study group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)dimensions of both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)decreased in both groups,while estradiol(E2)increased,and the study group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Three talents of heaven,man and earth points combination acupuncture has the good therapeutic eff ect on perimenopausal insomnia,which can eff ectively improve the quality of sleep,relieve the symptoms of insomnia,and improve levels of the serum sex hormones of the body.
