手法复位小夹板外固定结合红白舒筋散治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of distal radius fracture with manipulativereduction and external fixation of small splints combined with Hongbai Shujinpowder

目的 探讨手法复位小夹板外固定结合红白舒筋散治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月本院收治的80例桡骨远端骨折患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组以手法复位小夹板外固定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加红白舒筋散外敷治疗。连续治疗1个月后评估2组的症状消退时间、骨折愈合时间、腕关节活动度、治疗安全性。结果 观察组症状包括疼痛、肿胀、畸形、瘀血消退、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腕关节活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 红白舒筋散外敷结合手法复位小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果良好,可促进患者症状消退,缩短骨折愈合时间,改善患者的腕关节活动度,降低炎症因子水平,改善血液流变学指标,治疗安全性良好。

Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of manipulative reduction and external fi xation of small splints combined with Hongbai Shujin powder in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Neijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manipulative reduction and external fi xation of small splints,and the observation group was treated with external application of Hongbai Shujin powder on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Symptom resolution time,fracture healing time,wrist joint range of motion and treatment safety of both groups were evaluated after 1 month of continuous treatment.Results The symptoms of pain,swelling,and deformity in the observation group were milder than those in the control group,and blood stasis resolution time and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Wrist joint range of motion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction and external fi xation of small splints combined with Hongbai Shujin powder has the good eff ect in the treatment of distal radius fracture,which can promote the symptoms resolution,shorten fracture healing time, improve wrist joint range of motion, reduce the levels of infl ammatory factors, improve hemorheology indexes. Thistherapy has the good safety.
