在贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神时,重视“坚持稳中求进工作总基调”,并且突出其“稳”、强调保持历史耐心具有特殊重要的意义。历史耐心表现为不急不躁、认真细致、着眼长远、有战略定力的精神气质,本质上是基于深刻把握客观规律、拥有高度主体自信而形成的态度、境界和实践智慧。历史耐心是中华民族的独特禀赋。当前,应对复杂严峻的外部环境、完成艰巨繁重的改革任务,以及防范化解急遽增长的风险,都特别需要我们保持历史耐心。保持历史耐心进一步全面深化改革,要求我们做到既“致广大”又“尽精微”,还要以培育耐心主体为中心着力培育全社会的历史耐心。

Historical patience is essentially an attitude, realm, and practical wisdom formed based on a profound grasp of objective laws and a high degree of subjective confidence. Historical patience is also a unique endowment of the Chinese nation. Currently, dealing with the complex and severe external environment, completing arduous and heavy reform tasks, and preventing the risks of rapid growth all require us to maintain historical patience.
