基于ANSYS的复式膨胀节强度和轴向刚度有限元分析

摘要 通过ANSYS有限元分析,研究了复式膨胀节在同时受内压及轴向位移时的强度和轴向刚度.建立了复式膨胀节的二维轴对称模型,并考虑了非线性对复式膨胀节的影响,将分析结果与EJMA工程近似法计算结果进行对比,表明ANSYS有限元结果更接近实际情况,采用工程近似法分析复式膨胀节时存在一定误差. In this paper,a finite element analysis using the ANSYS software was conducted to investigate the strength and axial stiffness of a compound expansion joint when subjected to both internal pressure and axial displacement.A two-dimensional axisymmetric model of the compound expansion joint was constructed,and the impact of nonlinearity on such joints was taken into account.A comparison of the analytical results with the calculation results of the EJMA engineering approximation method indicates that the ANSYS finite element results are more closely aligned with the actual situation,whereas the engineering approximation method exhibits a certain degree of inaccuracy.
