摘要
对可能引起消弧线圈有载开关误动调挡的原因进行分析,指出消弧线圈内铁铬铝阻尼电阻偏差大和调挡控制器闭锁程序缺陷是导致有载开关误动调挡的主要原因。提出用镍铬阻尼电阻替代铁铬铝阻尼电阻,并在有载开关调挡电机电源回路中增加电压闭锁模块,来有效解决消弧线圈有载开关误动调挡问题。将上述两条措施应用至重庆市某电力公司辖区变电站内116套消弧线圈成套装置中,运行结果表明,这两条措施确能有效避免消弧线圈有载开关误动调挡,能进一步提高电网供电可靠性。
This paper analyzes the causes of the malfunction of the on-load switch in the arc-suppression coil.It points out that the main causes are the large deviation of the Fe-Cr-Al damping resistance in the arc-suppression coil and the defects of the locking program of the shift controller.In order to reduce the malfunction rate of the on-load switch of the arc-suppression coil,it suggests replacing the Fe-Cr-Al damping resistance with the Ni-Cr one and adding a voltage blocking module to the power circuit of the on-load switch shifting motor.The above two measures are applied to 116 sets of arc-suppressing coil devices in the substation of a power company in Chongqing,and the operating results show that they can effectively avoid the malfunction of the on-load switch of the arc-suppressing coil and further improve the reliability of power supply of the grid.
