摘要
以广东某发电厂1000 MW超超临界燃煤机组为研究对象,在确保机组安全运行的基础上,通过对氧量测量、氧量及总风量曲线和氧量自动程序的优化,来调节参与燃烧实际空气量和理论上所需空气量的比例,使燃烧保持在最佳状态,以取得良好的经济性。
This paper takes the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit of a power plant in Guangdong as the object of study.On the basis of ensuring the safe operation of the unit,by optimizing the oxygen volume measurement,oxygen volume and total airflow curves,and automatic oxygen volume program,the ratio between the actual air volume involved in combustion and the theoretically needed air volume is adjusted,to keep the combustion in its optimal state to obtain good economy.
