通号电化科创大厦超限高层结构设计

摘要 通号电化科创大厦结构高度121.35m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。结构设计采用了钢管混凝土外框柱、密肋楼盖及双连梁以达到更优的建筑使用空间。结合地层情况及摩擦型桩基的特点,基础设计采用了考虑桩土共同作用的设计思路,分别通过国内规范考虑承台效应的方法及参考国外文献的方法对桩土分担比例做了计算并按其结果进行了应用。本工程有多项不规则项,为超限高层结构。采用YJK和ETABS软件对结构进行了静力弹性分析,两种软件的分析结果较为吻合且均满足规范要求。采用Perform 3D软件对结构进行了罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性分析,根据分析结果对结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能进行了评估,结构能够满足罕遇地震下预期的抗震性能目标。钢管混凝土柱与混凝土梁的连接节点为本工程的关键节点,针对该连接节点以往做法存在的问题,本工程设计了一种开大孔的连接节点并进行了节点有限元分析,结果表明节点具有一定的安全储备。最后,对密肋楼盖的建模模拟情况及计算结果进行了讲述。 The structural height of Tonghao Electrification Bureau Technology Innovation Building is 121.35m,and the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system is adopted.Concrete-filled steel tube outer frame column,multi-ribbed floor and double coupling beam were adopted in structural design to achieve better building space.Based on the stratigraphy condition and the characteristics of frictional pile foundation,the design idea of considering the interaction of pile and soil was adopted in the foundation design.The pile-soil sharing ratio was calculated by the method of considering the cap effect in the domestic code and the method of referring to the foreign literature,and the application was carried out according to the results.This project has a number of irregular items,which is an out-of-code high-rise structure.The static elastic analysis of the structure was carried out by YJK and ETABS softwares.The analysis results of the two softwares are in good agreement and can meet the requirements of the specification.The dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of the structure under rare earthquake was carried out by Perform 3D software.According to the analysis results,the seismic performance of the structure under rare earthquake was evaluated,and the structure can meet the expected seismic performance target under rare earthquake.The connection joint between concrete-filled steel tubular column and concrete beam is the key joint of the project.In view of the problems existing in the past practice of the connection joint,a connection joint with a large hole was designed and the finite element analysis of the joint was carried out.The results show that the joint has a certain safety reserve.Finally,the modeling simulation and calculation results of the multi-ribbed floor were described.
