Taking medical daoyin as the research object,this paper analyzes the concept connotation,development and evolution of medical daoyin and its modern practice and time value under the background of healthy China.Medical daoyin is an important technical type of daoyin.It is based on the traditional Chinese cultural philosophy and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It takes active physical activity(including autonomous massage),respiratory exercise and consciousness regulation as the basic means,and takes disease prevention and functional rehabilitation as the main purpose.In the process of development,the connotation and form of medical daoyin are constantly enriched,which not only forms the technical characteristics of"one disease,one method and dialectical work",but also further enhances the scientificity and universality.Since the new century,it has become an important part of fitness Qigong and rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine.Under the background of healthy China,researchers have done a lot of research on medical daoyin with the help of theories and methods of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,which proves that medical daoyin is scientific and effective in improving human health and treating related diseases.Under the strategic background of healthy China in the new era,medical daoyin has outstanding health value,cultural value and social value,which is worthy of our promotion and popularization.
