人工智能技术已经在体育领域展现出巨大的潜力,然而机遇与挑战并存,如何审视和规制智能技术在体育领域中应用的技术伦理问题以保障其可持续发展,是个重要关注话题。基于此,本研究运用文献资料法、归纳总结法、案例分析法探讨体育领域中智能技术应用的技术伦理问题,并结合现实伦理挑战和“体育特性”,提出以“夯实技术基础,培养专业人、明确责任主体,坚持以人为本、建立伦理制度,加强法律监督”为中心的伦理规制策略,为体育行业从业者、研究人员和决策者提供关于体育领域人工智能应用的技术伦理思考和规范指导,进一步促进人工智能在体育领域的可持续发展。

Artificial intelligence technology has shown great potential in the field of sports,but opportunities and challenges coexist.How to examine and regulate the application of intelligent technology in the field of sports ethics to ensure its sustainable development is an important topic of concern.Based on this,this study uses literature,summary and case analysis methods to discuss technical ethics issues in the application of intelligent technology in the field of sports.Combined with practical ethical challenges and"sports characteristics",it proposes ethical regulation strategies centered on"consolidating technical foundation,cultivating professionals,clarifying responsible subjects,adhering to people-oriented,establishing ethical systems,and strengthening legal supervision".Provide technical ethical thinking and normative guidance for sports industry practitioners,researchers and decision makers on the application of artificial intelligence in the field of sports,and further promote the sustainable development of artificial intelligence in the field of sports.
