南京市青少年身体素质与心理素质发展现状及其协同发展策略

摘要 本文通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,分析南京市青少年的身体素质与心理素质发展现状,揭示了南京市青少年身体素质、心理素质方面存在的问题,分析并提出促进两者协同发展的策略。提出应加强学校体育课程、丰富青少年的社区体育活动、构建家庭-学校-社会三方协同机制;强化青少年心理测评、督导和心理健康提升计划实施,尤其是强化青少年的情绪管理、压力应对和自我认知等方面;重视青少年身体素质与心理素质的协同,在制度建设、多主体参与和两者协同的资源建设等方面积极投入,促进两者协同发展。 This article uses research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics to analyze the current development status of physical and psychological qualities of young people in Nanjing.It reveals the problems in the physical and psychological qualities of young people in Nanjing and proposes strategies to promote their coordinated development.Propose to strengthen school physical education curriculum,enrich community sports activities for young people,and build a tripartite collaborative mechanism between family,school,and society;Strengthen the implementation of psychological assessment,supervision,and mental health improvement plans for adolescents,especially in areas such as emotional management,stress coping,and self-awareness;We attach great importance to the coordination between the physical and psychological qualities of young people,actively invest in institutional construction,multi subject participation,and resource construction of the two,and promote the coordinated development of the two.
