身体活动对大学生社交退缩的影响:运动友谊质量与情绪调节的作用

The Impact of Physical Activity on Soclal Withdraw Among College Students:The Role of Sports Friendship Quality and Emotional Regulation

大学生正处于不断完善自我的时期,个体的心理健康水平一直备受关注,但当代大学生社交回避的现象越来越严重,对个体的心理健康发展造成了极大的影响,因此如何提高个体的社交水平以及抑制社交退缩现象的发生是我们应该更深层次考虑的问题。方法:本文采基于文献资料法探讨大学生身体活动、运动友谊质量、情绪调节以及社交退缩之间的关系机制,并基于这四者关系建立的双中介作用模型进行验证。本研究对部分高校的1487名大学生进行了问卷调查,使用SPSS23.0、process3.4、Bootstrap法对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果:(1)身体活动对社交退缩的总效应占比60%;(2)运动友谊质量和情绪调节产生的总间接效应占比为40%;(3)间接效应路径1“身体活动→运动友谊质量→社交退缩”在总间接效应中占比39%;(4)间接效应路径2“身体活动→情绪调节→社交退缩”在总间接效应中占比1%;结论:身体活动不仅可以影响大学生的社交退缩,还可以通过运动友谊质量和情绪调节的双中介间接影响大学生的社交退缩。

College students are in the period of constantly improving themselves,the level of individual mental health has been concerned,but the phenomenon of social avoidance of contemporary college students is more and more serious,the development of individual mental health has caused a great impact,so how to improve the level of individual social and inhibit the occurrence of social withdrawal phenomenon is a problem we should consider more deeply.Methods:Based on the method of literature,this paper explores the relationship mechanism among physical activity,sports friendship quality,emotional regulation and social withdrawal of college students,and verifies the double-mediation model based on the relationship between the four.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 1487 college students in some universities,and used SPSS23.0,process3.4 and Bootstrap methods for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:(1)The total effect of physical activity on social withdrawal accounted for 60%;(2)The total indirect effect of sports friendship quality and emotion regulation accounted for 40%;(3)Indirect effect path 1,"physical activity→friendship quality→social withdrawal",accounted for 39%of the total indirect effect;(4)Indirect effect pathway 2"physical activity→emotional regulation→social withdrawal"accounted for 1%of the total indirect effect;Conclusion:Physical activity can not only affect the social withdrawal of college students,but also indirectly affect the social withdrawal of college students through the dual mediation of sports friendship quality and emotional regulation.
