摘要
强国必先强教育,强教必须重实践,大学生实践能力的培养和提升是高校人才培养的重要目标。运用文献资料法、调查研究法、专家访谈法和行动研究法,对体育师范生实践能力进行研究,以OBE教育理念、复杂性理论、建构主义学习理论和共同体思想为理论依据,创新性提出“U-G-S-C教师教育共同体”、构建体育师范生实践能力培养体系;在对体育师范生实践能力培养现状进行审视的基础上,梳理实践能力培养的问题导向,并分别从教学共同体、精神共同体、实践共同体、发展共同体和合作共同体的视角对体育师范生的实践能力培养进行探索和实践。
A strong country must first strengthen education,and strong education must emphasize practice.The cultivation and enhancement of practical abilities of college students is an important goal of talent cultivation in universities.Using literature review,survey research,expert interviews,and action research methods,this study investigates the practical abilities of physical education teacher trainees.Based on the OBE education concept,complexity theory,constructivist learning theory,and community thinking,an innovative"U-G-S-C teacher education community"is proposed,and a system for cultivating practical abilities of physical education teacher trainees is constructed;On the basis of examining the current situation of practical ability cultivation for sports teacher trainees,this paper summarizes the problem orientation of practical ability cultivation,and explores and practices the practical ability cultivation of sports teacher trainees from the perspectives of teaching community,spiritual community,practical community,development community,and cooperative community.
