智能创新型垃圾分类教学机械臂的设计

摘要 采用自动化机械臂技术与智能摄像模块,设计了一款适用于教学和科普活动的智能创新型垃圾分类教学机械臂。在采用OpenMV摄像头获取不同种类垃圾实物影像的基础上,通过图像识别得到垃圾综合特征,并结合Arduino通信代码确定垃圾的具体类别,通过AI算法驱动机械臂对垃圾进行了准确分拣。优化了垃圾分类教学机械臂的整体设计,减弱了对同一垃圾的重复识别现象。经过测试,所设计垃圾分类教学机械臂可以准确地对垃圾进行识别与分拣,能适用于垃圾分类的多种教学场所。 An improved garbage classification teaching robotic arm suitable for educational popularization was designed based on automated robotic arm technology and intelligent camera module technology.By using OpenMV cameras to obtain images of different types of garbage,comprehensive features of garbage are obtained through image recognition,and combined with Arduino communication codes,specific classification categories of garbage are determined.Through AI algorithms,the robotic arm is driven to accurately classify garbage.This product optimizes the overall design of the garbage sorting robot arm,reducing the repeated recognition of different types of garbage.After testing,it has been proven that garbage can be easily and accurately identified and classified,and is suitable for garbage classification education venues.
