摘要
以淮河航道临淮岗复线船闸工程为依托,通过整体制作“护面钢板+钢桁架”组合模板、临土侧定型整体大模板、端部止水定型整体大模板等三大模板系统,在施工过程中采用带有人行通道的移动模架与吊车控制方法实现整体吊装,最终达到了增加刚度、减少变形、降低安全风险和提高施工效率等目的。
The project is based on the Huaihe River navigation channel's Linhuaigang double-line ship lock project.It utilizes three major template systems:an integrated"steel-faced gate+steel truss"combination template,the soil-side integral large formwork,and the end water-stop integral large formwork.During construction,a movable formwork with pedestrian access and crane control method was employed to achieve integral hoisting.Which aims to increase stiffness,reduce deformation,lower safety risks,and improve construction efficiency.
