RGS1在不同反应性卵巢颗粒细胞中的表达及影响

摘要 目的探究G蛋白信号转导调控因子1(regulator of G-protein signalling1,RGS1)在不同反应性卵巢颗粒细胞中的表达及影响。方法非随机选取2022年3—12月于海南省妇女儿童医学中心生殖医学中心接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的90例不孕症患者的卵巢颗粒细胞进行体外培养并研究。根据卵巢对外源性促性腺激素的刺激性做出的卵巢不同反应性分为卵巢低反应组(n=30)、高反应组(n=30)、正常反应组(n=30)。比较3组RGS1的表达水平,分析RGS1的表达水平与卵巢反应性的关系。结果高反应组RGS1表达水平高于正常反应组与低反应组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RGS1表达水平越高,卵巢反应性越高,二者呈正相关(r=0.49,P<0.001)。结论RGS1在不同反应性卵巢颗粒细胞中表达水平存在差异。 Objective To explore the expression and effect of regulator of G-protein signalling1(RGS1)in different reactive ovarian granulosa cells.Methods The ovarian granulosa cells of 90 infertile patients who received in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Hainan Women and Children's Medical Center from March to December 2022 were non-randomly selected for in vitro culture and research.According to the ovarian response to exogenous gonadotropin stimulation,the ovarian response was divided into low ovarian response group(n=30),high ovarian response group(n=30)and normal ovarian response group(n=30).The expression levels of RGS1 in the three groups were compared,and the relationship between the expression level of RGS1 and ovarian response was analyzed.Results The expression level of RGS1 in the high response group was higher than that in the normal response group and the low response group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The higher the expression level of RGS1,the higher the ovarian response,and there was a positive correlation between them(r=0.49,P<0.001).Conclusion The expression level of RGS1 in ovarian granulosa cells with different reactivity was different.
