复方制剂缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪与缬沙坦治疗对老年高血压患者血压控制效果比较

Comparison of Blood Pressure Control Effects between Compound Formulations of Valsartan Hydrochlorothiazide and Valsartan in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的比较复方制剂缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪与缬沙坦治疗对老年高血压(hypertension,HP)患者血压控制效果。方法目的选取2020年1月—2023年9月于淄博市市级机关医院接受诊治的264例老年HP患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(采用缬沙坦治疗)及观察组(采用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪结合缬沙坦治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、血压水平、血管内皮功能、心功能及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.97%(124/132),高于对照组的87.88%(116/132),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.790,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组舒张压、收缩压、血浆内皮素1、血管内皮生长因子、舒张末期室内隔厚度、舒张末期左室后壁厚度均较低,一氧化氮水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且观察组不良反应发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于缬沙坦,老年HP患者采用复方制剂缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪临床疗效更佳,患者血压水平得到有效控制,血管内皮功能及心功能得到有效提升,且不良反应少。

Objective To compare the blood pressure control effects of the compound formulation of valsartan hydrochlorothiazide and valsartan in elderly patients with hypertension(HP).Methods 264 elderly HP patients who received treatment at municipal government hospitals in Zibo City from January 2020 to September 2023 were objectively selected as study objects,and were divided into the control group(treated with valsartan)and the observation group(treated with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with valsartan)by difference treatment methods.Compare the clinical efficacy,blood pressure levels,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and adverse reactions between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%(124/132),higher than 87.88%(116/132)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.790,P<0.05);The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,plasma endothelin-1,vascular endothelial growth factor,end-diastolic septal thickness,end-diastolic posterior left ventricular wall thickness level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while NO level was higher than of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to valsartan,the use of a compound formulation of valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide in elderly patients with HP has better clinical efficacy.The patient's blood pressure level is effectively controlled,vascular endo‐thelial function and heart function are effectively improved,and less adverse reactions.
