摘要
肠道微生态系统是人体最大、最复杂的微生态系统。在健康的人体中,肠道微生态与人体呈动态平衡;当这种平衡被打破时,会引发各种疾病。放化疗、免疫及靶向治疗等抗肿瘤治疗可以影响肠道菌群,反过来肠道微生态同样也影响抗肿瘤药物的治疗效果,通过研究肠道菌群从而探索肿瘤的发生发展近年成为一个新的研究热点。黑蒜是大蒜经特殊处理的产物,对调节肠道菌群有一定的作用,且黑蒜通过调节肠道菌群发挥协同抗肿瘤作用,成为肿瘤治疗的新思路和新方向。本文对肠道菌群与恶性肿瘤发生发展及治疗之间的关系,以及黑蒜通过调节肠道菌群协助抗肿瘤的作用进行综述。
Intestinal microecology is the largest and most complex ecosystem of human beings.In healthy human beings,intestinal microecology is in dynamic balance with human body.When this balance is broken,various diseases will be caused.Intestinal microtract ecology also affects the therapeutic effect of tumor drugs.The number of probiotics in the intestine decreases as a result of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,immunization and targeted therapy.In recent years,it has become a new research hotspot to explore the occurrence and development of tumors by studying intestinal flora.Black garlic is the product of special treatment of garlic.Black garlic has a certain effect on the regulation of intestinal flora.Through the regulation of intestinal flora,black garlic exerts a synergistic anti-tumor effect,which becomes a new idea and a new direction for tumor treatment.In this paper,the relationship between intestinal flora and the development and treatment of malignant tumors,and the role of black garlic in assisting anti-tumor by regulating intestinal flora were reviewed.
