摘要
针对新疆准东能源公司的DRS660筛分式双齿辊破碎机出现的破碎齿磨损严重、更换频繁、破碎效率低下及破碎堵塞等问题,在不改变原有破碎机本体结构条件下,采取交错高低齿和双侧齿梳结构优化破碎齿板。生产实践表明,优化后的破碎机处理能力达到560 t/h,梳齿板使用寿命长达10~12个月,出料粒级50~25 mm占比达到59.05%,取得了显著的经济效益。
In response to the severe wear and frequent replacement of crushing teeth,low crushing efficiency,and blockage issues encountered with the DRS660 screening double-toothed roller crusher utilized by Xinjiang Zhundong Energy Company,an optimization was implemented on the tooth plate structure.This involved adopting a staggered high-low tooth configuration and a double-sided comb structure without altering the original body structure of the crusher.Subsequent production practice has demonstrated that this optimization has resulted in a processing capacity of 560 t/h for the crusher,while also extending the service life of the comb tooth plate to 10~12 months.Furthermore,it has been observed that approximately 59.05%of discharged particles fall within the size range from 25~50 mm,leading to significant economic benefits in practical production.
