摘要
考虑到大型矿山机械设备的研发与优化需要建立在大量实验数据的基础上,但是实体研发不仅需要耗费大量人力物力,而且时效性低,利用EDEM仿真软件对辊式破碎机工作性能进行分析。首先使用三维建模软件建立齿辊式破碎机三维模型,导入EDEM软件中,在软件中设置运动部件运动参数;然后设置颗粒工厂,生成模拟物料,利用颗粒粘结模型(BPM)模拟破碎物料;最后运行仿真程序,进行物料破碎模拟,得到不同工况下的运行参数。仿真结果表明,齿辊转速度增加,产量和功率会随之增加,但是产量的增长趋势会随之减缓。随着齿辊间距的增加,产量会随之增加,但是产量的增长并不是线性的,增速会出现先减慢再增快的趋势,为辊式破碎机的参数优化和选型提供了参考。
Considering that the R&D and optimization of large-scale mining machinery and equipment need to be based on a large number of experimental data,but the physical research and development not only costs a lot of manpower and material resources,but also has low timeliness,this paper uses EDEM simulation software to analyze the working performance of roller crusher.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the tooth roller crusher is established by using the three-dimensional modeling software,which is imported into the EDEM software,and the motion parameters of the moving parts are set in the software.Then the particle factory is set up to generate the simulated material,and the particle bond model(BPM)is used to simulate the broken material.Finally,the simulation program is run,the material crushing simulation is carried out,and the operation parameters under different working conditions are obtained.The simulation results show that the output and power will increase with the increase of gear roller speed,but the growth trend of output will slow down.With the increase of tooth roller spacing,the output will increase,but the increase of output is not linear,and the growth rate will slow down first and then increase.The research results of this paper provide a reference for the parameter optimization and selection of roll crusher.
