Coal to oil conversion is a typical deep processing method of coal,with unique technical and industrial characteristics.Its core technology mainly includes a series of complex chemical reaction processes such as direct coal liquefaction,indirect coal liquefaction,coal gasification,synthesis gas purification,Fischer Tropsch synthesis,hydrogenation and upgrading.These processes involve complex links such as high-temperature and high-pressure operation,catalyst use,and hazardous substance treatment,with high potential safety accident risks.Strict safety management systems and advanced risk prevention and control technologies are needed to ensure smooth operation.This article takes the complexity of coal to oil chemical projects as the background,systematically analyzes the core position and challenges of contractor management,discusses the selection,evaluation,monitoring,and incentive mechanisms of contractors,and combines practical cases to extract a suitable contractor management model for the coal to oil chemical industry,aiming to improve project execution efficiency and quality,and ensure the safe and stable operation of coal to oil chemical projects.
