亭南选煤厂煤泥水智能加药系统的研究与应用

针对亭南选煤厂煤泥水浓缩沉降不稳定、药剂添加量无法精准控制、岗位人员工作量大的问题,对煤泥水加药系统进行智能化升级改造。通过增加浓缩机智能加药系统,实现加药智能化,稳定了循环水浓度,降低了药剂消耗,减少了工人工作量,经济和社会效益显著。
