摘要
在入洗原煤煤种多、原煤煤质复杂多变的前提下,应用重介选煤系统智能化控制,建立基于不同煤种的重介精煤灰分反馈回控分选密度控制策略,实现了精煤产品灰分稳定控制,精煤产率得到稳步提升。
Under the premise of multiple types of raw coal and complex and variable quality of raw coal,intelligent control of heavy-medium coal preparation system was applied to establish a feedback and control density control strategy for ash of heavy-medium cleaned coal based on different types of coal,so as to achieve stable ash control of cleaned coal products,and improve the yield of cleaned coal steadily.
