摘要
阐述了随着煤炭资源的日益减少,抚顺煤炭矿区转产转型成为必然趋势。抚顺煤矿现有产业发展中存在固废利用不彻底、闲置排土场没有得到很好的利用、退煤闭坑煤矿生态恢复费用高、产业结构依赖化石能源等不利发展因素。抚顺煤矿通过进行资源循环利用研究、开展城市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目、在南西舍场利用废弃舍场开展光伏发电项目、开展西露天矿区域综治项目等一系列绿色低碳转型发展策略,取得了宝贵的发展经验。尤其是西露天矿整治方案结合了生态、旅游及经济产业发展的多重模式,成为退煤闭坑综合治理和整合利用的典型煤矿案例供学者和煤矿企业进行分析和研究。
Fushun Coalfield has made outstanding contributions to China's industrial development after more than 120 years of experience.With the increasing reduction of coal resources,the transformation of production in Fushun coal mining areas has become an inevitable trend.There are unfavorable development factors in the current industrial development of Fushun coal mine,such as incomplete utilization of solid waste,inadequate utilization of idle waste disposal sites,high ecological restoration costs for coal mining with closed pits,and reliance on fossil energy for industrial structure.Fushun Coal Mine has gained valuable development experience through a series of green and low-carbon transformation development strategies,such as research on resource recycling,urban domestic Incineration power generation project,photovoltaic power generation project in Nanxi Shechang using abandoned Shechang,and comprehensive treatment project in the western open pit area.Coal mining enterprises can combine the characteristics of coal mine solid waste to accurately optimize and utilize it,making solid waste a treasure for sustainable development.Be good at utilizing existing land,resources,and other conditions,expanding development paths,adjusting industrial structure under the guidance of national ecological civilization construction,developing new energy and low-carbon environmental protection industries,achieving new ideas of intensive,energy-saving,green,and low-carbon development,and creating new energy economic value.The renovation plan of the West Open Pit Mine combines multiple models of ecological,tourism,and economic industry development,becoming a typical coal mine case for comprehensive management and integrated utilization of coal retreat and closure,which can be analyzed and studied by scholars and coal mining enterprises.
