摘要
儿科呼吸介入近几十年迅速发展,其中活检技术已成为儿童呼吸系统疾病诊断的重要手段。通过黏膜活检术、经支气管针吸活检术、经支气管肺活检术、经支气管冷冻活检术等技术可获取不同的组织样本,包括黏膜、淋巴结及肺组织;随着虚拟导航气管镜及LungPro全肺诊疗导航系统等影像学技术的发展,不仅能更精确地获取样本,且将支气管镜下经肺实质结节抵达术等技术应用于儿童。尽管如此,鉴于儿童气道的特殊性,开发适合儿科的医疗器械和技术仍是儿科专家的重要任务。
Pediatric respiratory intervention has rapidly advanced over the past few decades,with biopsy techniques now a critical tool for diagnosing respiratory diseases in children.Techniques such as mucosal biopsy,transbronchial needle aspiration,transbronchial lung biopsy,and transbronchial cryobiopsy are allowed for the collection of various tissue samples,including mucosa,lymph nodes,and lung tissue.The development of imaging technologies such as virtual bronchoscopic navigation and the LungPro full-lung diagnostic navigation system has not only enhanced the precision of sample collection but also facilitated the application of these techniques in children.Despite these advancements,the development of medical devices and techniques suited to the unique aspects of pediatric airways remains a crucial task for specialists in this field.
