摘要
目的:分析慢性盆腔炎患者在接受妇科治疗时联合保健教育的临床价值。方法:选入研究对象总计74例,均于2021年8月至2022年12月因慢性盆腔炎来院治疗,按单双号分组法,划分为对照组37例和观察组37例,对照组单纯使用妇科治疗,观察组则在此基础上联合保健教育,针对应用效果展开对照分析。结果:观察组临床总疗效、保健知识掌握率、总满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05;该组干预后各项自我管理能力评分、自我效能感评分均高于对照组,且负面情绪评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在应用妇科治疗慢性盆腔炎患者时,配合使用保健教育可以显著提高临床疗效,患者自我管理能力、自我效能感更强,负面情绪更少,有助于提升其保健知识掌握率及满意度。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of joint health care education for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients when receiving gynecological treatment.Methods:74 cases were selected for the study,all of them came to the hospital for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from August 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into 37 cases in the comparison group and 37 cases in the observation group according to the single and double number grouping method;the com-parison group used gynecological treatment alone,and the observation group combined with health care education on the basis of the gynecological treatment and carried out a control analysis of the application effect.Results:the total clinical efficacy,health care knowledge mastery rate,and total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the comparison group,P<o.05;the scores of self-management ability and self-efficacy of the group were higher than that of the comparison group,and the scores of negative emotions were lower than that of the comparison group,P<o.05.Conclusion:when gyne-cological treatment is applied to the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the use of health care education can significantly im-prove the clinical efficacy,and the patients are more likely to have higher self-management ability and higher self-efficacy.self-management ability,self-efficacy is stronger,less negative emotions,help to improve their health care knowledge mastery rate and satisfaction.
