摘要
复杂异形单层网壳结构设计优美、造型独特,但是建造难度大。网壳结构常规采用分片吊装、高空分片对接、补管的方法施工,复杂异形单层网壳结构施工过程需要经过严密计算,基于midas Gen软件进行仿真模拟,优选支撑架设置数量和位置及支撑架卸载次序和时机,实现整体结构施工过程的稳定,最终实现网壳结构的设计状态。
The complex special-shaped single-layer reticulated shell structure has beautiful design and unique shape,but it is difficult to build.The lattice shell structure is usually constructed by piecewise lifting,high-altitude piecewise docking and pipe filling.The construction process of complex specialshaped single-layer reticulated shell needs to be carefully calculated and simulated based on midas Gen software.Optimize the number and position of support frame settings,optimize the unloading sequence and timing of the support frame,and achieve the stability of the overall structure construction process.Finally,the design state of the reticulated shell structure is realized.
