基于5G通信的数控机床智能监控技术研究

摘要 随着智能制造的发展,数控机床智能监控面临实时性差、数据传输速度慢等挑战。因此,文章提出一种基于5G通信的数控机床智能监控技术。该技术利用5G通信的高速率、低时延特性,结合先进传感器、边缘计算及深度学习算法,实现对数控机床运行状态的实时采集、快速传输及智能分析。通过实验验证,该技术在数据采集、传输及故障预测方面均取得优异性能。研究表明,该技术为数控机床智能监控提供了有效的解决方案,具有推广应用价值。 With the development of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent monitoring of numerical control machine tools faces challenges such as poor real-time performance and slow data transmission speed.Therefore,this paper proposes an intelligent monitoring technology for numerical control machine tools based on 5G communication.This technology uses the high speed and low delay characteristics of 5G communication,combined with advanced sensors,edge calculation and deep learning algorithm to realize real-time acquisition,rapid transmission and intelligent analysis of the running state of numerical control machine tools.The experimental results show that the technology has achieved excellent performance in data acquisition,transmission and fault prediction.The research shows that this technology provides an effective solution for intelligent monitoring of numerical control machine tools,and has the value of popularization and application.
