宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术后应用LNG-IUS对子宫内膜厚度及复发的影响

摘要 目的探析宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉(EP)切除术后应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)对子宫内膜厚度及复发的影响。方法选择2021年10月至2023年10月云南省曲靖市妇幼保健院院收治的200例EP患者为研究对象,按摸球法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。两组均采用宫腔镜息肉切除术治疗,对照组术后应用地屈孕酮片,观察组术后应用LNG-IUS。对比两组治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、不良反应及复发率。结果术后3个月、6个月与1年,观察组子宫内膜厚度均较对照组低,P<0.05。两组总有效率对比,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率、疾病复发率对比,观察组均较对照组低,P<0.05。结论宫腔镜下EP切除术后应用LNG-IUS的效果显著,可有效控制患者子宫内膜厚度,降低疾病复发率与不良反应发生率。 Objective:To explore the effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine delivery system(LNG-IUS)on endometrial thickness and recurrence after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps(EP).Methods:200 EP patients admitted to Qujing Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yunnan Province from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of touching the ball,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hysteroscopic polypectomy.The control group was treated with progesterone tablets and the observation group with LNG-IUS.The therapeutic effect、endometrial thickness、adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months、6 months and 1 year,the endometrial thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence rate in the observation group were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of LNG-IUS after EP resection under hysteroscope is effective,which can effectively control the endometrial thickness of patients and reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.
