超声影像融合技术在胆总管结石中的应用

摘要 目的研究应用超声影像融合技术诊断胆总管结石的临床价值。方法选择2023年1月至2023年12月间在医院接受治疗的疑似胆总管结石患者50例,入院后先对其实施磁共振胰胆管成像检查,再实施超声影像融合检查。以内镜下逆行胰胆管造影检查结果为金标准,观察超声影像融合技术诊断胆总管结石的临床效能,记录检查时间。结果经内镜下逆行胰胆管造影检查,50例患者2,阳性46例,阳性率92.00%。超声影像融合技术诊断胆总管结石的阳性率明显高于磁共振胰胆管成像检查,P<0.05;超声影像融合技术诊断胆总管结石的灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值、准确度均高于磁共振胰胆管成像检查,P<0.05。超声影像融合技术的检查准备时间、操作时间、确诊时间均短于磁共振胰胆管成像检查,P<0.05。结论对胆总管结石患者采用超声影像融合技术诊断准确率性高,检查时间短。 Objective:To study the clinical value of ultrasonic image fusion in the diagnosis of common bile duct stones.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,50 patients with suspected choledocholithiasis were selected.After admission,they were examined by magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography and then by ultrasound image fusion.Taking the results of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography as the gold standard,the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic image fusion technology in the diagnosis of common bile duct stones was observed and the examination time was recorded.Results:By endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,2 out of 50 patients were positive,and 46 cases were positive,with a positive rate of 92.00%.The positive rate of ultrasonic image fusion in the diagnosis of common bile duct stones was significantly higher than that of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography,P<0.05.The sensitivity、specificity、negative predictive value、positive predictive value and accuracy of ultrasonic image fusion in the diagnosis of common bile duct stones are higher than those of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography,P<0.05.The preparation time、operation time and diagnosis time of ultrasound image fusion technology are shorter than those of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound image fusion technology has high diagnostic accuracy and short examination time for patients with common bile duct stones.
