JCI模式下的PDCA循环管理在门诊药房药品管理中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle management in JCI mode in drug management in outpatient pharmacy

目的探讨分析JCI模式下的PDCA循环管理在门诊药房药品管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月本院30名门诊药房工作人员,并选取70例患者为研究对象,根据时间分组,2022年1-12月为对照组,该组纳入35例患者,实施常规管理;2023年1-12月为观察组,该组纳入35例患者,实施JCI模式下的PDCA循环管理。管理工作均由20名工作人员进行,对比管理效果。结果观察组管理质量评分较对照组更高,P<0.05。与对照组相比,观察组药品知晓度更高,P<0.05。观察组患者满意度比对照组高,P<0.05。结论JCI模式下的PDCA循环管理在门诊药房药品管理中应用效果满意,不仅可提高管理质量及药品知晓度,还有助于提升患者满意度。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation management in outpatient pharmacy under JCI mode.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,30 outpatient pharmacy staff in our hospital were selected,and 70 patients were selected as the research object.According to the time,35 patients were included in the control group from January to December 2022,and routine management was implemented.From January to December 2023,the observation group included 35 patients and implemented PDCA circulation management under JCI mode.The management work is carried out by 20 staff members,and the management effect is compared.Results:The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the awareness of drugs in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05..Conclusion:The application effect of PDCA circulation management under JCI mode in outpatient pharmacy drug management is satisfactory,which can not only improve the management quality and drug awareness,but also help to improve patient satisfaction.
