摘要
目的对比保守治疗、手术治疗闭合性腱性锤状指的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2024年12月期间于南京高新医院诊疗的60例闭合性腱性锤状指患者,采取随机抽签法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),分别给予保守治疗、手术治疗。对比两组临床效果、欠伸角度、主动屈曲角度、疼痛程度与生活质量。结果两组治疗前欠伸角度、主动屈曲角度及VAS评分对比,P>0.05;两组随访12个月,观察组欠伸角度、主动屈曲角度均大于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗效果优率、良率均高于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗前生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分对比,P>0.05;两组随访12个,观察组各项评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论手术治疗闭合性腱性锤状指有助于改善患者欠伸角度与主动屈曲角度,减轻疼痛,提高临床治疗效果及患者生活质量。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of conservative treatment and surgical treatment of closed tendinous mallet finger.Methods:Sixty patients with closed tendinous mallet finger diagnosed and treated in Nanjing High-tech Hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases),and were given conservative treatment and surgical treatment respectively.The clinical effect、underextension angle、active flexion angle、pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the underextension angle,active flexion angle and VAS score of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.The two groups were followed up for 12 months.The underextension angle and active flexion angle of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The excellent and good rate of treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the scores of physiological function、physiological function、physical pain、general health、energy、social function、emotional function and mental health of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;The two groups were followed up for 12 times,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Surgical treatment of closed tendinous mallet finger is helpful to improve the patients'under-extension angle and active flexion angle,relieve pain,improve clinical treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
