亚低温联合醒脑静治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果分析

摘要 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者在治疗中采用亚低温、醒脑静联合的治疗效果。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月期间到云南省楚雄州中医医院进行重型颅脑损伤救治的70例患者,随机分为两组,对照组35例,实施亚低温治疗;研究组35例,实施亚低温联合醒脑静治疗。对比两组治疗效果、并发症、意识状态、神经功能、认知障碍及血清炎症因子水平。结果总有效率比较研究组比对照组高,并发症发生率比较,研究组比对照组低P<0.05。治疗后,研究组GCS、MMSE评分相较于对照组更高,NIHSS评分相较于对照组更低,P<0.05;血清CRP、SAA、IL-6水平研究组均比对照组低,P<0.05。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者采取亚低温治疗的同时配合醒脑静治疗,整体效果理想,实现炎症水平降低,改善患者意识水平与认知水平,可行性价值较好。 Objective:To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023, 70 patients who were treated for severe craniocerebral injury in Chuxiong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yunnan Province were randomly divided into two groups, 35 patients in the control group were given mild hypothermia treatment. The study group of 35 cases was treated with mild hypothermia combined with Xingnaojing. The therapeutic effect, complications, state of consciousness, neurological function, cognitive impairment and serum levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group. The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the GCS and MMSE scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the NIHSS scores were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05;Serum CRP, SAA and IL-6 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Mild hypothermia therapy combined with Xingnaojing therapy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury can achieve ideal overall effect, reduce the level of inflammation, improve the level of consciousness and cognition of patients, and have good feasibility value.
