中西医结合护理在输尿管结石患者输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用

Application of Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine Nursing in Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Patients with Ureteral Stones

目的探讨中西医结合护理在输尿管结石患者输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用效果。方法选择2022年10月至2023年12月在无锡市第二中医医院泌尿外科接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的68例输尿管结石患者,以随机数表法分为两组,各34例。常规组应用常规护理,实验组应用中西医结合护理。对比两组并发症发生率、住院时间与康复时间。结果实验组并发症发生率显著低于常规组,P<0.05。实验组手术操作时间、肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间均明显短于常规组,P<0.05。结论中西医结合护理在输尿管结石患者输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用效果显著,可减少术后并发症,加速患者康复。

Objective:To Objective to explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi. Methods:From October 2022 to December 2023,68 patients with ureteral calculi who received holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the urology department of Wuxi Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing. The incidence of complications, hospitalization time and rehabilitation time were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the routine group, P<0.05. The operation time、intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group, P<0.05. Conclusion:The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi is effective, which can reduce postoperative complications and accelerate patients' rehabilitation.
