引导式健康教育对乳腺癌放疗患者心理状态的影响

Effect of guided health education on psychological state of breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy

目的探讨引导式健康教育对乳腺癌(BC)放疗患者心理状态的影响。方法将65例BC放疗患者按干预方式的不同分为观察组32例和对照组33例,观察组患者行引导式健康教育干预,对照组患者行常规干预。比较两组患者心理状态[正性负性情绪自评量表(PANAS)]、疾病进展恐惧[恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)]、不良反应发生情况及满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)]。结果干预后,两组患者正性情绪评分均较干预前升高,负性情绪评分均较干预前降低,且观察组患者正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者FoP-Q-SF量表评分均较干预前降低,且观察组患者FoPQ-SF量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论引导式健康教育可改善BC放疗患者心理状态,减少对疾病进展的恐惧,降低不良反应发生风险,有利于提高整体满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of guided health education on the psychological state of breast cancer(BC)patients undergoing radiotherapy.Method A total of 65 BC patients who underwent radiotherapy were divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(33 cases)according to different intervention methods.The observation group received guided health education intervention and the control group received routine intervention.The mental state[positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS)],fear of disease progression[fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)],incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction[Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the positive emotion scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,while the negative emotion scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the FoP-Q-SF scale scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the FoP-Q-SF scale score in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided health education can improve the mental state of BC radiotherapy patients,reduce the fear of disease progression and the risk of adverse reactions,and improve the overall satisfaction.
