摘要
静电纺丝技术(ES)作为一种制备纳米纤维和纳米膜材料的方法,因其能够制备具有仿生结构和特定功能的纳米纤维支架,在膀胱组织工程中展现出广阔的应用前景。目前ES已被广泛应用于促进膀胱细胞黏附、增殖和分化,模拟并构建细胞外基质,调控基因表达。此外,不同组成的电纺支架在膀胱组织重建中发挥重要作用。同时,ES也用于膀胱药物缓释系统,涵盖抗癌药物、生长因子和抗菌药物的缓释等。未来的研究应着眼于探索新型复合材料和智能纤维的开发,以应对当前面临的多功能集成、动态响应和精准控制等新兴挑战。
Electrospinning technology(ES),as a method for producing nanofibers and nanomembrane materials,has shown broad application prospects in bladder tissue engineering due to its ability to create nanofiber scaffolds with biomimetic structures and specific functions.ES has been widely used to promote bladder cell adhesion,proliferation,and differentiation,as well as to mimic and construct the extracellular matrix and regulate gene expression.Besides,electrospun scaffolds with different compositions play a crucial role in bladder tissue reconstruction.Moreover,ES is employed in bladder drug release systems,covering the sustained release of anti-cancer drugs,growth factors,and antimicrobial agents.Future research should focus on exploring new composite materials and the development of smart fibers to address emerging challenges such as multifunctional integration,dynamic responsiveness,and precise control.
