校院共建共管共育模式下推进医学实习精细化管理的探讨

岗位实习是职业教育人才培养过程的一个重要环节,也是培养高素质技术技能人才的重要阶段。学校根据国家职业教育高质量发展的有关要求,基于深化产教融合视域,发挥卫生职业教育行业办学优势,加强实习管理体制机制建设,完善实习管理组织体系,实施实习质量监督与考核,以实习管理作为切入点,在校企合作、基地建设、师资队伍建设和教学改革等方面,加强统筹规划,提高工作实效,不断提高卫生职业教育人才培养的质量。以天津医学高等专科学校实习管理工作为例,学校贯彻落实《职业学校学生实习管理规定》,创新“共管共育”管理模式,加强“三高三化”实习管理,实现基地遴选高要求、带教队伍高水平、过程管理高效能、教学病房标准化、素质培养全程化、安全教育常态化、强化过程的精细化、规范化管理的工作目标。学校强化校院协同,共育医护人才,在校院企订单和定向式人才培养、创新校院合作模式、探索混合所有制特征的二级学院建设、推进现代学徒制实施等方面取得积极成效,并在基地建设、教学资源建设等方面进一步深化校企合作,提高卫生职业教育人才培养质量,为国家医疗卫生事业发展输送高素质技术技能人才。

Post practice is an important link in the process of vocational education personnel training,and it is also an important stage of training high-quality technical talents.In accordance with the relevant requirements for the high-quality development of national vocational education,based on deepening the integration of production and education,the school gives full play to the advantages of the health vocational education industry,strengthens the construction of the internship management system and mechanism,improves the internship management organization system,implements the quality supervision and assessment of the internship,and takes the internship management as the entry point in the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation,base construction,teacher team construction and teaching reform.Strengthen overall planning,improve the effectiveness of work,and constantly improve the quality of health vocational education personnel training.Taking the internship management of Tianjin Medical College as an example,the school implements the Regulations on the Management of Vocational School Students'Internships,innovates the"co-management and co-education"management mode,and strengthens the"three high and three high"internship management.To achieve the base selection of high requirements,high level of teaching team,efficient process management,teaching ward standardization,quality training,safety education normalization,strengthening the process of fine,standardized management goals.The university and college strengthened the collaboration between the university and college to jointly cultivate medical and nursing talents,achieved positive results in university-enterprise order and oriented personnel training,innovated school-college cooperation mode,explored the construction of secondary colleges with mixed ownership characteristics,and promoted the implementation of modern apprenticeship system,and further deepened school-enterprise cooperation in base construction and teaching resources construction,so as to improve the quality of health vocational education personnel training,to provide high-quality technical and skilled personnel for the development of national medical and health undertakings.
