摘要
随着数智技术的发展,绍兴旅游城市形象面临更新的机遇与挑战。本研究采用文献综述和案例分析方法,首先评估了国内外数智技术在旅游推广中的应用现状,重点分析了绍兴在利用数智技术优化城市形象方面的现状和不足。研究发现,尽管绍兴旅游部门已采纳如智能语音助手和社交媒体等数智工具,但在虚拟现实和增强现实等前沿技术的应用上仍显不足。基于这些发现,本文提出了一系列策略,包括深化数智技术的应用、创新旅游宣传内容及加强多方合作等,以促进绍兴旅游城市形象的现代化转型。研究表明,通过这些策略的实施,绍兴有望在保持其文化特色的同时,展现出一个更为动态、活力和吸引人的新形象。
With the development of digital intelligence technology,Shaoxing’s tourism city image faces new opportunities and challenges.This study adopts literature review and case analysis methods.First,it evaluates the application status of digital intelligence technology in tourism promotion at home and abroad,and focuses on analyzing the current situation and shortcomings of Shaoxing in optimizing its city image by using digital intelligence technology.The study found that although Shaoxing’s tourism department has adopted digital intelligence tools such as smart voice assistants and social media,it is still insufficient in the application of cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality and augmented reality.Based on these findings,this paper proposes a series of strategies,including deepening the application of digital intelligence technology,innovating tourism promotion content,and strengthening multi-party cooperation,to promote the modernization transformation of Shaoxing’s tourism city image.The study shows that through the implementation of these strategies,Shaoxing is expected to present a more dynamic,vibrant and attractive new image while maintaining its cultural characteristics.
