摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对体育与健康课程中健康教育实施困境进行研究,研究发现:在健康教育实施过程中,由于体育学科的学科特性,出现了健康教育形式化、健康教育内容缺乏创新性、教师和教材仍无法满足健康教育教学、健康教育效果难以评价等问题。针对发现的问题,研究提出以下解决方案,如创设学习情境,建立生成性健康教育内容体系;强化对体育教师培训,提高体育教师健康素养;丰富健康教育实施形式,提高学生健康素养;完善评价体系,提高健康教育实施效果。这些对策在一定程度上具有参考价值。
This article adopts the methods of literature review and logical analysis to study the implementation difficulties of health education in physical education and health courses.The study found that in the process of implementing health education,due to the disciplinary characteristics of physical education,there are problems such as formalization of health education,lack of innovation in health education content,inability of teachers and textbooks to meet the requirements of health education teaching,and difficulty in evaluating the effectiveness of health education.In response to the identified issues,the study proposes the following solutions,such as creating learning contexts and establishing a generative health education content system;strengthening the training of physical education teachers and improve their health literacy;enriching the implementation forms of health education and improving students’health literacy;improving the evaluation system and enhance the effectiveness of health education implementation.These measures have reference value to a certain extent.
