摘要
本文旨在研究田径课后服务对小学生身体素质的影响,通过实验教学来提高学生身体素质,改善学生的体质健康状况,促进学生全面发展、健康成长。本文主要采用了文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法的研究方法,实验对象选取的是合肥市H小学三年级学生,分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组47人,对照组47人,进行为期16周的实验干预,每周2次,每次60分钟。在实验过程中测量学生的实验前和实验后各项身体素质指标,通过使用SPSS27.0软件对数据进行独立样本T检验和成对样本T检验分析,得出实验结果并进行分析总结。
This article aims to study the impact of after-school track and field services on the physical fitness of primary school students.Through experimental teaching,it aims to improve the physical fitness of students,improve their physical health status,and promote their comprehensive development and healthy growth.This article mainly adopts the research methods of literature review,experiment,and mathematical statistics.The experimental subjects are third grade students from H Primary School in Hefei City,divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group consists of 47 people,and the control group consists of 47 people.A 16-week experimental intervention is conducted,twice a week,for 60 minutes each time.During the experiment,various physical fitness indicators of students were measured before and after the experiment.Independent sample t-tests and paired sample t-tests were conducted on the data using SPSS27.0 software to obtain experimental results and analyze and summarize them.
