基于OBE理念的社会体育指导与管理专业教学体系改革研究

Research on the Reform of Teaching System of Social Sports Guidance and Management Major Based on OBE Concept

本研究对社会体育指导与管理专业传统教学体系存在的不足进行分析,在此基础上,以OBE理念为指导,从课程设置、教学方法、实践教学等方面进行了深入探讨,提出了相应的改革思路,以助力社会体育指导与管理专业学生综合能力的培养,实现人才培养与社会需求有效对接,为提高毕业生的就业能力和社会适应能力为其他相关专业的教学体系改革提供参考。

This study analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional teaching system of social sports guidance and management major.On this basis,guided by the OBE concept,it conducts in-depth discussions from the aspects of curriculum setting,teaching methods,practical teaching,etc.,and proposes corresponding reform ideas to help cultivate the comprehensive ability of students majoring in social sports guidance and management,realize the effective connection between talent training and social needs,and provide reference for the reform of teaching system of other related majors to improve the employability and social adaptability of graduates.
