由于城市化快速发展引发城市内涝、排水系统过载等问题,我国积极推进海绵城市化建设。文章梳理了“海绵城市”的概念,详细介绍了低影响开发雨水系统在海绵城市中的重要性。通过对国内外低影响开发的进展进行分析,详细分析了低影响开发的关键技术手段以及应用,同时讨论了低影响开发在减轻暴雨引起的环境保护和社会方面的正面作用。以上海市某机关大楼为案例,详细描述了低影响开发技术在该项目中的具体应用和成效,该项目不仅展示了低影响开发技术在实际工程中的有效性,还可为上海市既有公共建筑的雨水管理提供借鉴和参考。
Due urban waterlogging and overload of drainage systems caused by increasing urban development,China is actively promoting sponge urbanization construction.The article outlines the concept of“sponge cities”and provides a detailed introduction to the importance of low impact development rainwater systems in sponge cities.By analyzing the progress of low impact development at home and abroad,this article analyzes in detail the key technical means and applications of low impact development,and discusses the positive role of low impact development in reducing environmental protection and social aspects caused by rainstorm.Taking a certain government building in Shanghai as a case study,the article provides a detailed description of the specific application and effectiveness of low impact development technology in the project.The project not only demonstrates the effectiveness of low impact development technology in practical engineering,but also provides reference for rainwater management in existing public buildings in Shanghai.
